Our superb four bed, three bath courtyard villa benefits from a plot with very private pool area on the prestigious new Mediterranean style Tuscan Hills gated community, just 10 to 15 minutes from Disney.

The home is air conditioned throughout and has the added benefit of ceiling fans in the main rooms and master ensuite bedroom. This is the ideal home for two families travelling together as it sleeps 10 in comfort. For guests' additional comfort, this is a non-smoking home. Pets are not permitted.

Tuscan Hills is an outstanding new community, and benefits from a huge selection of facilities, including restaurant (due 2010), impressive 1800 square foot clubhouse with fitness room, indoor children's playroom, large lounge and covered lanai, all overlooking tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden.

The Tuscan Hills community is in an ideal situation on Highway 27, one mile from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants. Just a couple of minutes drive away you will find Publix and Walmart supermarkets. Nearby, you will find 10 spectacular golf courses within 10 miles and of course all the magic of Disney World is just 15 minutes away. Universal Studios and Sea World can also be reached in around 25 minutes.

Further afield you can visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, the stunning white beaches of the Gulf Coast to the West or the Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach to the east.

This 1800 square foot, beautifully furnished and equipped villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and offers the following:

Deposit: £100 or $200 per week (or part) within 7 days of booking. Payable by: Personal Cheque (UK Only) Bill Pay (US) Credit Card payments accepted through our management company (Charges may apply) Cancellation: 5 - 8 weeks prior to departure 50% of the total charge to offset the discount that we will need to re-book the property at short notice. Any cancellation within the final 5 weeks will regrettably result in loss of the whole booking fee (not including the security deposit) Fees & Taxes: All taxes included in the price. Stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £50 or $90 We require a refundable security breakage deposit of £150 or $250 to be paid with your balance prior to travel. This deposit will be repaid to your party by cheque as soon as the management company has reported no damage and that you have returned the keys. Pool heating available. Please ask for costs.
