This development is situated on a beautiful, tranquil setting surrounded by a conservation area and wetlands, ideal for those short walks yet only a 10- minute drive to the world famous Disney and Universal Studios. The world renowned Champions Gate Golf Resort is only 2 minutes away offering world class 18 holes of fabulous golf plus plenty of shops and restuarants available. Numerous golf courses within minutes away for the golfers, famous attractions and theme parks a couple of miles away and for the shoppers, you will find shopping outlet malls 15 minutes drive away. Within this magnificient gated community lies a clubhouse exclusive to guests only which offers outdoor pool, tiki bar, fitness centre, cyber cafe, volleyball court, childrens playarea and plenty more. With brand new hypermarkets and shops around the corner, dining in is a pleasure.

This magnificient villa boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a private pool and spa under an oversize lanai. The pool area is south facing and is overlooked by complete greenery which means there is no one overlooking the pool area which gives you total privacy if you are one of the shy sunbathers. With two living areas there is plenty of space for the larger families to relax in great comfort after a hectic day at one of the many attractions. This accommodation also includes 2 masterbedrooms with king size beds and ensuites. One of the masterbedrooms is on the ground floor which is ideal for the disabled and has a private patio door leading out to the pool area. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with great furnishing and the other two with two twin beds. There is also a games room with a pool table/Air hockey and a table tennis table entertain the adults and the young ones. Located on a cul-do-sac children can go and play outside and there is minimal traffic passing by. With one formal lounge you can entertain your guests in great style while the kids enjoy the other lounge watching their favourite TV programme on the free Cable TV or even play on the PS2 or the Wii console. A nook area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen where young ones can dine. There is ample of space out by the pool area which part of it is covered by a porch for shade. Also available is a BBQ for all the Al Fresco lovers to enjoy while the kids play in the pool. Infact, this a perfect holiday for the perfect price.

    We do require an initial 20% deposit to secure the villa for you along with a US$250 REUNDABLE Secuirty Deposit which is refunded back to you 2 weeks after your departure providing there is no damage done to the villa. We do accept credit card via paypal, direct transfers and cheques. Which ever way is convenient for our guests!!!
