We stayed in this villa in April 2010 and the description and pictures do not do this villa justice. The place was amazing. We had 6 adults and 2 children staying in the villa and there was a ton of room for everyone. Very close to all the local attractions. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Chris (the owner) was very accommodating with all our needs. We go to Florida every other year and we will defintely rent this villa again.

Our family stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in March 2010, and we loved it. Very central location, excellent facilities and friendly owners. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a vacation home rental in the future. We hope to come back in the future for a holiday. Thank you again Chris for a great, relaxing time.

For all the persons who wish to visit Orlando and stay at a villa, I recomend this one because it is beautifiul, it iis big and comfortable for two families of 4 persons. My family and I stayed at this villa and we loved it. It is close to Disney Parks, restaurants, supermarkets anything you need. It has a beautiful pool, 2 master suites with bathrooms, 2 additional bedrooms with w beds in each and additional bathroom. It also has a huge kitchen, dinning and living room. It has a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. You can enjoy of games and go for a ride in bicycle. The price is great and you have everything you need to enjoy and relax. I really recomend this villa. Thanks once again to the American Palm & it's owners.

We wanted to let you know that we had a great time while staying at your American Palms Villa in Florida. We were pleasantly surprised at the how spacious it was and all the great amenities. The location was very convenient to all the amusement parks and local shops. We enjoyed the down time at the house with our family, especially relaxing without outside interferences! We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips.
