Located in the vacation home community of GLENBROOK on US 27, approximately 1.3 miles NORTH of the junction with Highway 192 and situated within easy access of all the major theme parks in Orlando. 
 
Our spacious villa, is fully air-conditioned & beautifully furnished throughout and offers all the luxuries that you would expect, to make your vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. 
 
Comprising of 5 bedrooms, all with walk-in wardrobes – 2 master suites with King beds, 1 double with Queen bed and 2 twin-bedded rooms – 2 further Bathrooms - Living Room with Sofa bed – Formal Dining area – Family room – Fully fitted Kitchen with breakfast dining area – Separate Laundry with washer & dryer – Fully screened heated pool with Jet-Spa, on large deck area with luxury pool furniture – Double garage ( converted into Games Room ). 
 
The villa is fully furnished to the highest standard and includes all bedding, linens & towels. It comes equipped with all the necessary appliances and extra’s including, 6 colour TV’s & 3 DVD player’s. 
 
The two-storey property has been designed to maximise space, with high ceilings and light coloured walls generating a feeling of openness, whilst maintaining much needed privacy by having separate areas for entertainment & relaxation. 
 
It has two distinct living areas each with their own dining tables, so that the children can have space of their own and play to their hearts content or watch television, whilst their parents can relax, uninterrupted at the end of a “long” tiring day. 
 
For the comfort of users, we would ask that guests refrain from smoking whilst in the property, although smoking is permitted on the deck area and around the pool. 
 
For your safety, the villa has been fitted with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting, to give warning or assist in safe evacuation should the need arise. 
 
The pool area is east facing with an extended deck, has a removable child protection screen fitted between the house and pool for their protection and is fully screened against fly’s and bug’s. 
 
It contains a heated 8 metre by 4 metre ( 26 foot by 13 foot ) pool, with heated jet-spa adjoining and has luxury pool furniture with table, chairs and adjustable sun loungers. 
 
The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with stools and is fully fitted with all the appliances that you would expect in a villa of this quality, including Self-cleaning electric range, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with ice maker, built-in Microwave and water purifier. 
 
Adjacent to the breakfast bar, is a large dining table capable of seating 6 people, for family meals together. 
 
There is a separate laundry room, with individual large capacity washing machine and dryer fitted. 
 
To the front of the property, is a double garage with double width driveway, with sufficient space to park two vehicles off the road. 
 
Less than 10 minutes from all the Disney theme parks and between 20 and 25 minutes from Universal Studios & Sea World depending on traffic, the property is ideally situated to enjoy the full range of family entertainment in the Orlando area. 
 
For the golfing enthusiast, the villa is in close proximity to over 60 courses, including several award winning PGA Golf courses, many of which are open to the public and can be booked over the phone. 
 
Both the west coast and the east coast of Florida are within easy driving distance, with Tampa, St Petersberg and Clearwater on the west coast and Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre on the east coast, well worth a visit.

Rental Period & Occupancy Check in time is 3-00PM or later on arrival date. Check out time is 10-00AM or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late departure times may be available subject to availability, but charges may be applicable. The property may only be occupied by two people per bedroom, plus two people – maximum of twelve people. Rental Payment Full payment for rental will be made no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your security deposit will be forfeited. Security Deposit A security deposit of £200 will be required, when submitting your confirmation of reservation. This will be used to cover the cost of loss or damage to the property in excess to normal wear and tear, during the period of rental. Guests will be notified in writing, within 30 days of your return to the UK, of any charges that will be made.
