Vacation Rental Description
Formal Lounge
A peaceful room for relaxing in after a busy day, the lounge has both a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa that doubles as a sleeper for one or two people. In this room, there is a formal dining area for those special nights in!.

Family Room
A large room, with patio doors which open out onto the Pool deck. In addition to the dining table & chairs, we have included several comfortable sofas. A 40-inch LCD large screen TV, video, DVD and Playstation2 are provided for your entertainment.

Kitchen & Utility Room
The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes electric range, microwave oven, dishwasher, US-sized refrigerator and bar area with stools. The separate Utility Room has individual washer and dryer machines, with iron and ironing board included.

King Master Bedroom
A luxurious and well appointed Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. A 37-inch television set (cable) is included in this room.

Queen Master Bedroom
Featuring patio doors that open directly onto the pool deck, with a spacious en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. A 19-inch television set (cable) is included in this room.

Twin Rooms ( x 2)
Bedrooms 3 & 4 each contain two single beds, and between them share the 3rd bathroom. Each room has it's own 13-inch television set (cable).

Games Room
The Games Room is housed in our 360 square foot garage, which has been converted into a fantastic leisure space. The room is fitted with an 8-foot 'Eliminator' Pool Table, a Foose-Ball Table, Air-Hockey & Electronic Darts. All of the gaming equipment is to a 'professional' standard to ensure your maximum enjoyment from using it.

Pool & Spa
The fully screened swimming pool measures 13' x 26' with integrated bubble jet spa and waterfall feature. Loungers, chairs and patio furniture are provided, perfect for al-fresco dining and that relaxing poolside drink. Pool heating is available as an optional extra.

    Prices include all Florida State and Local County Taxes,utilities (except pool/spa heating), cleaning (before & after your stay), linen etc. Pool & Spa Heat must be requested at time of booking and is charged at $140/ £95/ €110 per week. Cleaning fees of $80/ £55/ €60 will apply to any bookings of LESS than 5 days. Payment in full is required 10 weeks before stay. A deposit of $350/ £240 / €270 is required with all bookings. A fully refundable Security Deposit of $265/ £180 / €200 is taken with all bookings. Your price will not alter once we have received your booking & deposit. We reserve the right to change our advertised rates at any time due to currency fluctuations.
