This fully air-conditioned Three bed-roomed LUXURY home is exceptionally furnished.This superb Florida Villa has the lot.The large living room is beautiful and spacious and faces SOUTH over the Large Pool and Lake.The kitchen and living areas are all beautifully tiled. The bedrooms are all carpeted and fitted with large comfortable beds.Two Full bathrooms, one en suite with separate bath and walk in shower. All bedrooms have TV s and DVD players. FREE Wireless Broadband and FREE International Telephone calls are available.The home offers luxurious accommodation and facilities with a GREAT location closest to DISNEY.
LIVING ROOM -The spacious fully tiled living room is well furnished with comfortable sofas,a love seat, chairs and occasional tables and lamps. It has a large flat screen television with a large selection of cable channels, separate compact disc/Hi-Fi, multi region DVD player, book library and also a large Music CD library. It is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fan/lights.This light luxurious living room has a large semi circular window facing South onto the pool and Lake. There are large glazed, alarmed doors which open out onto the pool area and gives Southern views over the lake and conservation area. You can sit in the living room with unrestricted views along the full length of the private lake. The high galleried ceilings give the room the typical Florida feel and maximises the bright living space. A beautiful room with a beautiful view.!
BEDROOMS -The home has three large bed rooms. It has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The home also has a crib/cot for babies. We can accomodate up to 6 adults/children plus one baby.
MASTER BEDROOM - This fully carpeted bedroom has the largest bed you have ever sBeautiful master bedroom, views over pool and Lakeneen!, a full DUAL KING SIZED BED. It has a large walk in wardrobe with electronic safe. The room is fully air-conditioned plus ceiling fan/light. It has a large wall mounted cable TV with DVD player, a clock radio/alarm and telephone. There is a large dressing table, bedside cabinets and lamps.
The room is dressed with matching curtains and bed linens. This bedroom looks South over the pool and Lake affording both privacy and astounding views along the full length of the Lake. The room is served by a en-suite bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM -This fully carpeted large bedroom has a large QUEEN SIZED BED, large white wardrobes, matching bed side cabinets and dressing table and drawers with mirror. It is fully air-conditioned, plus ceiling fan/light. It has a large wall mounted cable TV with DVD player, a clock radio/alarm, and lamps. The bedroom has matching curtains and bed linens. This bedroom leads onto a hallway with access to the family bathroom.
THIRD BEDROOM - This fully carpeted bedroom has two single beds,large white wardrobes, matching bed side cabinets, and drawers It is fully air-conditioned, plus ceiling fan/light. It has a large wall mounted cable TV with DVD player, a clock radio/alarm, and lamps. This bedroom has matching curtains and bed linens. This bedroom leads onto a hallway with access to the family bathroom
POOL AND LANAI - The pool can be accessed from either the living room or Dinning area glazed doors which are both alarmed for your safety. The lanai is extended to give more space than most homes. It has a large sun bathing area and has plenty of sun beds, chairs, a rocking chair and foot stools for your comfort. The crystal blue swimming pool is surrounded by a Florida mesh pool screen with double doors leading onto the grassed garden area down to the waters edge. The pool measures over 24' long by over 15' across and varies in depth from 3' to over 6'. The pool is situated on an extended pool lanai and is in full Sun all day.
