Welcome to Villa Sunrise Dream, our fabulous lakeside home, in Kissimmee, Orlando. Located just 4 miles from Disney World on the stunning community of Sunset Lakes (a prestigious, peaceful, gated community), we are just off HWY192 in the much sought after Formosa area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Our home is perfectly located, close enough to the attractions (Disney is less than 10 minutes) to return to for a leisurely lunch and cooling swim before enjoying your afternoon/evening entertainment later in the day. Golfers will be spoilt for choice with numerous superb courses nearby.

Our spacious, open 2600sq.ft home is bright, modern and luxuriously appointed with 2 stunning Master Suites each with en-suite bathroom. The upstairs master has its own private balcony overlooking the lake, and there are 3 further bedrooms, a third bathroom, family room/lounge, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, a breakfast nook, games room and utility room. The wonderful 30ft private pool (with shallow kiddies section), extended deck and lanai overlook the stunning lake - enjoy the beautiful sunsets and al fresco dining - and relax and rejuvenate in our fabulous Hot Tub/Spa.

You can also enjoy our Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Foosball, and you will never be bored with 6 Cable TVs, DVDs, VCRs, Play Station 2s, Music Centre, books for all ages, board games and jigsaw puzzles. For our younger guests we have a travel cot/cribs, highchair, strollers and a selection of toys. A computer with broadband plus wireless internet connection is also provided for our guest use.

Our locally based professional management company are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for our guests. Our home is fully licensed and compliant with the state hotel and licensing regulations for complete peace of mind.

From car hire and attraction tickets to hot air balloon rides, restaurant ideas, golf course information, and alternative days out, we are always happy to help and advise to make your vacation a dream to remember, we pride ourselves on our customer care, and will go that extra mile for you.
