Our Home is new and features a romantic 4 poster bed in the master suite and a garden tub just big enough for 2, just right for a relax after a hard day at the parks. All bedrooms are extremely well appointed with Cable TV and high quality beds and bedding. Our Villa is the ideal summer holiday vacation destination. The villa has 2 living areas one with access to the pool area through the double doors onto the pool space, and fully tiled floors ideal for all the family to sit around and watch TV and keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The 2nd living space is quiet and calm and ideal hideaway for adults, the more mature grand parents or 2 families when you need some quiet time. This villa is an ideal place for 1 or 2 families and sleeps 8 to 10 people, Alarmed and in a secure gated community with club house offering games room, volleyball, climbing frame and a huge outside heater pool a hot tub.

Only minutes from Disney, Shopping Malls and Great Golfing resorts this holiday home is a must for a relaxing holiday in the Orlando area. Orlando is at your finger tips, just 2 mins from the villa are great shopping malls with bars and restaurants at the near by Berryhill malls. Highlands Reserve golf course is 2 minutes away (just over the road). Situated in the most desirable location on the I27 close to the I4 and 192 you will have easy access to all the main attractions of Sea World, Universal, Bush Gardens, Sarasota and many more great attractions. If you don't want to go anywhere, just chill and relax around the pool or walk to the club house and relax around the huge pool or jump in the hot tub to relieve those aches and pains from a hard day in the parks. For those of you with teenagers - let them catch up with the news in the cyber cafe or do some exercise in the state of the art gym. Whatever you need from a holiday, this home is the place for you.

As you would expect from an executive home like ours, everything is there for your enjoyment. All our appliances are 1st class. The kitchen is large and has more storage space than anyone would need for a vacation. In side and out the Villa is immaculate, peaceful and ready for you to enjoy the Parks, the pool or just sit and relax on one f our 2 sitting areas. Our Home is very spacious and allows 2 families to live together, but also have their own space and peace and quiet if they need it.
