Although we are 10 mins drive from Disney, our home is right on the edge of Florida's citrus groves with fresh fruit in abundance. We are 5 mins drive from the nearest Walmart Super Centre and all the restaurants and shops on nearby US192. 
We are within easy reach of all the attractions and approx 1.5 hours from the Space coast and 2hrs from the Gulf of Mexico if you need a more relaxed pace after Orlando's attractions!

The prices are per week and are fully inclusive of taxes. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £17/$30 per day if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £50/$90. An initial deposit is payable immediately on booking the villa with the remainder payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. To cover the costs of damage/breakages, a security deposit of £100/$200 is required to be paid to the management co. within 24 hours of arrival. This will be returned to you once the Management Co. have confirmed that no major damage/breakages have been found to the property/contents. Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing and becomes effective on the date it is received by us.
