The Villa is situated on Highway 27, in the Tuscan Hills Gated Community Complex.

Why not treat you and your family to a holiday of a lifetime in luxurious accommodation. The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms two of which are master suites one boasts a king sized bed, walk in wardrobe & en suite facilities. The second master has a queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe & en suite facilities also. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds one of which is called the Disney suite. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom on the adjoining landing area. The remainder of the facilities are a large living room known as the Great Room, A full dining suite in the dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, a ground floor cloak room, its very own games room & garage. For our younger guests there is a full size cot, high chair, stroller & saftey gate. There is a saftey gate around the pool & all doors & windows are alarmed for the saftey of the children. we also offer free internet access, free calls within the USA, Canada & Puerto Rico. & free use of a full size safe.

The advantage of the Villa is its location, you are only 10 minutes from Disney theme parks and 25 minutes from all other major tourist attractions including Universal studios. All of which should be on everybody’s “To Do” list, young and old alike.

Even the golf enthusiasts are catered for with Championship courses on hand.
To round off the day, the Villa boasts its own full sized swimming pool (13ft x 26 ft) for you to relax in after a fun day at the parks or why not sample the local restaurants fayre.

HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES ARE JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY ALONG WITH HELICOPTER FLIGHTS. GATOR LAND IS A GREAT FAMILY DAY OUT & BOGGY CREEK FOR THOSE AIRBOUT TRIPS ARE 30 MINUTES DRIVE FROM THE VILLA.

A DEPOSIT OF £125 PER WEEK IS REQUIRED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF THE BOOKING BEING TAKEN, THE REMAINDER IS REQUIRED EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE. POOL HEATING IS EXTRA & WILL CHARGED AT £20 PER NIGHT DISCOUNTS ARE OFFERED IF BOOKING HEATING FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £150 IS REQUIRED PAID BY CHEQUE EIGHT WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE (THIS WILL ONLY BE CASHED IF ANY DAMAGE IS CAUSED DURING YOUR STAY) PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE IN THE FORM OF A CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER OR CAN BE ARRANGED VIA PAYPAL UPON DISCUSSION
