The Villa's own Private Pool is South Facing and Heated. 
 
The Sunset Palms Villa is in a Great Location for all of the Disney Theme Parks and Orlando Main Attractions including Universal Studios and Busch Gardens, plus countless malls and outlet stores. For Golf lovers, there are numerous Championship Courses locally, including the exceptional Champions Gate course designed by Greg Norman, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes & Ridgewood Lakes, all located within a few minutes drive. 
 
The Sunset Palms Villa is fully Air Conditioned (and during the winter months it is fully centrally heated). 
 
With 3 Cable TV's, a PlayStation and a DVD Player, Sunset Palms is fully equipped for your Entertainment pleasure plus it has Hi-Speed Broadband Internet access at zero cost to you. All you need is your Laptop. 
 
If you need to prepare food rather than eat out, then the Fully Equipped Kitchen has all the facilities you need. Otherwise if you wish to eat out there are 2 Chinese restaurants, a Pizza restaurant, a Perkins restaurant, an English Pub that serves great food (inc Sunday Lunch all day every day) plus other restaurants and local shops and a brand new shopping mall that are just a 5 minute walk away. 
 
The Sunset Palms Villa can accommodate up to 8 people at any one time. 
 
The Sunset Palms Villa we think you'll agree, is a lovely 'Home away from Home' for that perfect family holiday. 
 
The Private Pool is complete with comfortable pool furniture for you to enjoy those relaxing hot sunny days just lounging around. The pool furniture includes Loungers, Chairs, Sun Umbrella, etc, and the pool has a 'Safety Netted Area' to keep the children safely away from the waters edge. 
 
'Sunset Palms' Air Conditioning will cool you down after lying in the sun and to keep the cool air evenly dispersed just turn on those Ceiling Fans to keep the temperature even and pleasant throughout. 
 
If you want to eat in then the Fully Equipped Kitchen which includes a Cooker, Microwave oven, Fridge Freezer with Ice Maker, etc,etc, plus of course a Dishwasher for cleaning up afterwards, will help make the task that much easier. 
 
A separate Washer and Dryer are provided for when you need to do your Laundry plus extras like a Hair-dryer, Iron, Portable Crib/Cot, etc are also provided with our intention to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. 
 
The 8 person accommodation has the following bedroom layouts: 
Master Suite: Queen Size Bed (En-suite) 
2nd Bedroom: Queen Size Bed 
3rd Bedroom: Twin Beds 
4th Bedroom: Twin Bunk Beds (suitable for both children and adults). 
 
There is also an additional room where you can go to sit or lay down, away from the family, to relax and grab that extra piece of quiet time when needed.

We accept US bank credit transfers (EFT) and international bank transfers. A $300 / £200 Booking Deposit is required to secure your dates. A refundable security deposit of $300 / £200 will be returned after your rental subject to a satisfactory property inspection. A full refund of the balance is given if cancelled 90 or more days before arrival. Between 60 to 89 days: 60%. Between 30 to 59 days: 30%. 29 days or less: No refund. A $90 / £50 Admin fee will apply. The Security Deposit Will Be Refunded for all cancellations. All our quotations for 7 nights or more INCLUDE ALL TAXES else +13%. A rental of 7 nights or less will incur a departure cleaning fee of $95 / £65. During October to May incl' pool heat is available at a daily rate of just $18 / £12.
