Lovely new home located in Orange Tree subdivision on Highway US 27 only 3 miles north of the infamous Hwy 192 that goes to the Disney Parks. The home features a king size master ensuite with a large walk in shower, big garden tub, twin sinks and vanity, plenty of linens. The second master ensuite features a queen size bed, tub/shower combination, single sink and vanity. The children's area has 2 bedrooms with 2 twins in each bedroom and they share a bathroom which is also accessible from the pool deck area. The game room has a 7 foot pool table and air hockey table combination table. There is also an electronic basketball game.
The kitchen has a breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs, coffee pot, blender, toaster, kettle, electric can opener, ample supply of dishes and cooking utensils. There is also a formal dining room which seats 6 people. There are televisions in all the bedrooms with cable connection. There is a playstation game with games, dvd player with dvd's. The pool deck has a nice lanai area with a table and 4 chairs, comfortable pool loungers and nice size pool with spa that can be heated to 100 degrees. The pool is surrounded by a pool fence for the safety of children and required by Florida Law.

There are around 200 golf courses located in the area for the avid golfer. The subdivision has a tennis court, basketball court, soccer field and 2 playgrounds. For the shopper, there are new stores located south of the subdivision and also a short drive to lots of outlet malls. Whether you want to go to the east coast or west coast, it is only an hours drive to either beach.
