Recently completed, everything has been designed with your comfort in mind… You will be really delighted if you choose this Florida dream home for your holiday! 
 
Located on Orange Tree, an exclusive community of executive villas, (built on spacious, larger than average plots), it really is only 8 miles from Disney! This prestigious community has a 5 acre park, a children's playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a football field.  
 
The accommodation is all on one floor, that’s right, no stairs - very child friendly and wheelchair accessible; the cathedral ceilings have a variety of angles and heights making the villa feel light and airy. The design and spaciousness of this home makes it ideal for larger parties such as 2 families and you even have room for the Grandparents.  
 
To be certain you have the best facilities and amenities the pool size was increased, the sundeck extended and the furniture upgraded. Furnished by one of Florida’s top designers, the interior displays quality and style. You can be sure there is plenty of space for everyone to relax inside or soak up the Florida sunshine outside!  
 
Master Bedroom 1 has an American King-size bed and Cable TV. Walk through the ensuite bathroom to the separate walk-in closet or turn right and jump into your own pool! 
 
Master Bedroom 2 also has a American King-size bed and Cable TV/VCR, plenty of wardrobes and a lovely ensuite bathroom with direct access to the private pool and spa.  
 
Master Bedroom 3 is a bright and sunny bedroom at the front of the house. It has a Queen-size bed (same as UK King-size) and a TV. There is a bathroom adjacent to this bedroom. 
 
Bedroom 4 and 5 are Twin rooms both with Disney themes. One is based on Minnie and Mickey with an amazing Mickey Mouse T.V. (Mickey pops up every time you change channel!) and the other is Winnie the Pooh also with a TV. There is a bathroom located between these two bedrooms. 
 
The Kitchen has everything you could wish for to enjoy your stay. 
There is an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (complete with ice-maker) and the all important corkscrew!! There is a table with seating for 4. 
 
The Living Room is very large, light and spacious and has 3 sofas (one is a Queen-size sleeper sofa), a stereo, large TV, DVD with a selection of DVDs and overlooks the pool and spa. The Dining area is a formal area and comfortably seats 6.  
 
The Games Room is a great place to for you all to chill out – it keeps children of all ages entertained for hours! - with an AIR HOCKEY TABLE, a slate bed Oak POOL TABLE, large Cable TV, Sony PS2 complete with a selection of games, Toy Box for the younger children, Books, Tennis Racquets, Seating and Ceiling Fan.
