WE HAVE THE "WOW" FACTOR. We want to provide your vacation with lots of lasting fantastic memories, luxury, comfort, relaxation and fun,and a stay in our villa can offer them all. Tour operators have thousnads of clients to look after, but we want to offer you the personal touch from the minute you enquire about the villa, to the day you leave to go home.We will keep in touch with you, after you have secured your booking, and our helpful and friendly Management Company in Florida are at hand to help with anything they can, while at the villa.
Our spacious 1700 sq ft air conditioned home, is full with luxurious facilities and equipment, to attend to all your vacation needs.
The tastefully furnished FAMILY ROOM is a place to relax when watching watching TV, listening to music, or just readng a book. With comfortable sofas,(one a bed)and occasional furniture.
Leading through to an elegant dining room,with a large table and six chairs, and adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, which provides you with the ability to prepare and cook a gourmet meal for eating in the formal dining room, or just simple snacks for alfresco eating poolside.
A SEPARATE LAUNDRY room, has a washer and separate drier, iron and board. So just travel light with a minimum amount of luggage, and no dirty laundry to take home.
The fabulous fully screened OUTDOOR AREA with a pool/jacuzzi, is set into an extended deck, with plenty of space for the luxury patio furniture and loungers, where you can enjoy the sun all day,on those well earned days off from the attractions, and all in complete privacy, with a hedge running around the perimiter. Also a safety fence is provided to use with small children.
Or even better in the evening when you can turn on the beautiful lighting, find your favourite drink, and enjoy a wonderful massage in the jacuzzi. the best way to rejuvinate yourself for another busy day at the parks.
The MASTER BEDROOM is a spacious and airy room with Queen size bed, a walkin closet with wall safe,phone, TV/DVD, alarm clock/radio a sliding door leading to the pool area, and an upgraded bathroom, with separate shower, and oval tub, wc, and handbasin set into a vanity unit.
The 2nd BEDROOM, is a pretty twin room, which can be converted to a kingsize bed when needed, and separate appropriate bedding. A built in closet. TV/DVD.
The 3rd BEDROOM is for the kids, themed with dolphins, a twin room, with built in closet, TV/DVD and PLAYSTATION 2 with a selection of games.
2ND BATHROOM is also upgraded and located near to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. With bath shower, wc, and handbasin set into a vanity unit.
The fun continues for the kids in the family, long after you come home from the parks, with a great atmosphere, in THE FANTASTIC GAMES ROOM,with pool, air hockey, and foosball tables. A large turbo fan is provided to keep the area cool.

A deposit of £100 per week will secure your dates, in some cases a higher deposit is required. Your deposit is non refundable. Balance payment is due 10 weeks before the commencement of your stay. A security deposit is payable with the balance, and will be refunded after a routine check of the villa on your departure.
