Your Executive Villa, Brand New in Jan 2007, fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa, with two double master suites, each with en-suite bathrooms and built / walk-in closets. Two twin bedroom suits adjacent to a family bathroom. All bedrooms have colour 20” LCD TV’s & separate Cable. The villa has it’s own private heated swimming pool with separate raised Jacuzzi. The villa comprises of 1,733 sq feet of living space, and a double garage converted to a games room. It boasts all the most up to date ideas in modern living. The main living area is open plan with large family room and dining area. The family room has separate Cable with more than 500 channels, 60” TV, a DVD player and far too many films to mention. Wireless Broadband Internet & desk top PC. This is a stunning home that will leave you feeling refreshed and wanting more. Your villa has the facility to sleep up to eleven individuals. PS3. Cot, highchair, strollers, stair gate, bed guards for infant use all within the villa. A large gas BBQ for your use, FREE.

Master Bedrooms
Both suites have en-suite facilities, with built-in closets. king size beds. 20” TV & Cable. Clock radio. Bedside cabinets with table lamps. Luxury bedding and window dressings. Hairdryers.

This spacious comfortable room is exceptionally furnished and looks directly out onto the swimming pool and patio area via Patio doors. It comprises of one large sleep sofa, corner suite, 60” TV with Cable. DVD player and films galore. Coffee table and end tables. Telephone. Table lamps. For the children, Playstation 3 with games. Various board games.

Dining Area
Beautiful dining table and eight chairs for those family gatherings. Additional seating at the breakfast bar with-in the dining area. Also infant high chair available within the villa.

Kitchen & Utility Room
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Ample storage cabinetry. Ceramic topped cooker, American style fridge/freezer with ice-maker, Dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit. Microwave oven. Kettle coffee maker, toaster, full dining preparation package. Automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Vacuum cleaner, for those little spills.

Bathrooms
Two en-suites with spacious shower enclosures. One family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. Downstairs, single restroom. All have large mirrors. Towels are provided throughout.

Swimming Pool & Patio Area
This villa has a 24’ x 15’ swimming pool and separate raised Jacuzzi. Large extended pool area. The pool is positioned at the rear of the villa overlooking the lake. The sun is in the pool area for most of the day. The patio area has luxury furniture for your pleasure. Leading straight into the family room. The pool and patio area is fully screened with a fine nylon mesh to keep out unwanted visitors.

Games Room
For all the children in the family big and small, there is a games room located within the double garage area. This includes a reversible Pool / Air Hockey table, Foosball, Darts and Dart Board, CD Player & Discs.

External
Outside, lush green grass surrounds the exterior, making this perfect addition to this fantastic vacation home. The rest of the grounds boast landscaped gardens including palm trees in some areas of the community. There are clear views of a small lake to the rear of the property.
