Vacation Rental Description
Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa is situated in the countryside at Indian Ridge just 3 miles southwest of the main entrance to Disney on US192. Our private pool is south facing, solar heated and fully screened with a covered lanai for shade and a range of new poolside furniture. All doors to the pool area are alarmed and double locked for child safety. 
 
The house is spacious on a double size plot of land (80ft x 120ft) with a fenced garden and a forested area to the rear providing total privacy. Our villa is allergy free – no smoking or pets are allowed. 
 
The villa is air conditioned/heated and furnished to a high standard with two lounges equipped with tv's (190 channels including HD), dvd’s and hi-fi with a 40 dvd film library, music, books and Wi-Fi - just bring your laptop. There is an breakfast dining area and separate dining room.  
 
The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower, bath, twin basins and walk-in clothes closet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and are located next to the second bathroom, linen, towels, hairdryers, cot/crib, highchair and stroller are provided.  
 
The double garage has an electrically operated door and the house is protected with a 24/7 monitored security system and security safe. 
 
We are so close to the parks that it is easy to return to the villa for lunch or an afternoon swim then go back for the evening entertainment. Restaurants are only 5 minutes away and good quality food stores 10 minutes. Universal and Seaworld are approximately 20 minutes, Kennedy Space Center and St. Pete's Beach on the Gulf Coast around 70 minutes. 
 
The estate has recreational facilities including tennis courts, children's play areas and communal pool which are free for guests. For the golfers, we are next to Mystic Dunes and ChampionsGate is only 3 miles south of our estate with another 60+ courses in the local vicinity.  
 
The cost is inclusive of all utilities, wireless internet, telephone calls, cleaning services on departure and 13% US tax. We provide directions and security access codes so you can go direct to the villa rather than visiting an agent on arrival in Orlando.
