Our brand new luxurious villa is perfectly located on the exclusive gated community (24 hour security with electronic gates) of Solana Resort, situated on a large corner plot, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Many other world famous attractions and endless shopping/dining experiences, that Florida has to offer, are all close by.
Solana Retreat Villa has been professionally decorated and upgraded to the highest specification , resulting in a beautiful spacious four bedroom, three bathroom home, with air conditioning throughout, sleeping up to 10 guests. The villa boasts a fantastic, fully equipped air conditioned games-room, complete with full size pool table, air hockey and table football. Free Wireless Internet Access is installed, as well as FREE long distance International phone calls !!.
Step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, heated swimming pool, set in a larger than average oversize extended sun deck, with sun chairs and relaxers for 10 people.
The First Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished with a queen size bed, two nightstands, full size dresser with mirror and walk in closet. Patio doors lead onto the pool. There is cable TV and a ceiling fan . The luxurious bathroom includes a walk in shower area, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror. A full size hair-dryer is provided.
The Second Master Bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a 'palm tree theme' with a queen size bed, two nightstand's, full chest of drawers, large built in closet and cable TV. An en-suite bathroom provides a bath, shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. A hair-dryer is provided.
The third bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, cable TV, and a large built in closet. It has been tastefully decorated with a Disney theme.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, cable TV, and large built in closet. It has been beautifully decorated in turquoise making it suitable for both male and female guests.
Both Master Bedrooms have full luxurious en-suite facilities.
A full size family bathroom, including sink with vanity unit, illuminated mirror, mirrored medicine cabinet, bath, shower, toilet, and large storage closet, is shared by the third and fourth bedrooms. Step-up stools are also provided for children's use in the bathrooms.
All bathroom towels, plus a complete spare set are provided for you.

The games room has been tastefully equipped with a full size pool table, air hockey, table football and a toy/games box. It is fully carpeted, complete with ceiling fan, sports posters, mind-bending visuals and table/stools etc creating an inviting, comfortable den area and fun for all the family.
FREE BABY PACKAGE !!
Baby equipment is available at the villa and you are welcome to use this free of charge. It includes cot/playpen complete with bedding, high chair with easy-clean food tray, pushchair (stroller) , activity toys, plastic crockery, cutlery and drinking beakers.
A FREE welcome pack of basic essentials such as tea, coffee, cereal, milk, snacks etc is provided for your arrival.

Catch up with friends at home while enjoying a snack at the cyber café where there is high speed Internet access. Let the kids spend some time in the games arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool or relax with a soak in the spa. There is a modern play area for the little ones. There is a putting green to help you shape up your game or you can stay in shape in a state-of-the-art fitness room. Send the active ones out to the soccer field or the sand volley-ball court. There is even a sundry shop in the reception area should you run short of sun block, drink/snack or need a newspaper
