Luxurious four bedroom, three bathroom villa with south facing pool and spa in the desireable development of Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida  
 
Eagle Pointe is a quiet residential development, just 5 minutes south of the hustle and bustle of Highway 192 with its shops, restaurants, golf courses and other activity centres. Easy access from Orlando airport and only 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World where you will find the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Disney Hollywood Studios, Downtown Disney, and the Water Parks Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Other Theme Parks - Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Gatorland and Wet ‘N Wild to name a few - are also in close proximity. The Florida Mall and several top quality regular and outlet malls are within easy reach and Kennedy Space Centre/Cape Canaveral, the Atlantic Coastline and its beaches and Busch Gardens (in Tampa) are only an hour’s drive away. The Gulf of Mexico shoreline and beaches at St Petersburg and Clearwater are 15-20 minutes beyond Tampa. 
 
The villa has been fully equipped with an Executive furniture package, using carefully selected colours and fabrics. There are four bedrooms (each sleeping two), two at the front of the villa sharing a bathroom, and two at the rear, (one of which is the master), each with their own bathroom. The master features a King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with large corner bath and walk-in shower. A large lounge with formal dining area, a fully fitted/equipped luxury kitchen with bar and breakfast area and a utility room with washer and dryer complete the spacious accommodation, and separate the two sleeping areas.  
 
Patio doors off the lounge and master bedroom lead to the fully screened 14’ x 28’ south facing pool (heating can be provided in the cooler months), accentuated by a raised, lit Spa. At the rear a purpose built “burm” (grassy bank) provides screening for the property. Deluxe patio furniture (table, chairs and recliners) provide the opportunity to relax by the pool and enjoy outdoor dining - undercover if cool and shade are required. 
 
Should you require it, airport pick up and a welcome pack (food supplies/tea/coffee etc) can be arranged in advance, both for a small charge. Our Management company is close by to assist you if needed.
