With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 10 guests in comfort.
Surrounded by Florida’s natural beauty, with sub-tropical woodlands, palms and vistas, Terra Verde is ideally located close to Disney - with easy access to the theme parks and attractions from your own Orlando vacation home in the Florida sunshine! This home away from home is located in a full service resort including concierge service and a complete amenities package. Visit the spacious club house and choose to relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping, and comfortable deck loungers. Enjoy a relaxing cocktail from the TiKi bar while you relax. Or sit in the bubbling community hot-tub and chat with other guests as you soothe away your tensions. Kids will love the tot’s pool - or let them play in the tot-lot next door, as they swing on the rope swings, lie in the hammocks, climb the climbing rock. Basket ball courts, fishing, it’s all right here. Inside the Terra Verde resort club house, you'll find a sauna, spa, sundry shop, arcade video games, fitness center and cyber café with internet terminals and wireless internet access at no charge.
The fully air-conditioned "Sunshine Inn" Orlando vacation home has a spacious family room to enjoy get-togethers in the day or evenings, with comfortable sofas and love-seats, plus a cable TV, and DVD, coffee table and occasional tables with lamps.
The family room opens out on to a sun-drenched lanai with a sparkling splash pool and deck to enjoy in privacy. The lower screens have been replaced with an opaque screen to ensure that extra little bit of privacy. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch able alarms.
Sleeping accommodation at "Sunshine Inn" Orlando vacation home rental is perfectly planned for the family, with a downstairs bedroom that enjoys a full-size bed, night-stands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, a dresser with TV and DVD player, plus built in wardrobes. There is an adjacent bathroom with vanity basin, shower and bath-tub, hair dryer plus a private toilet. The upstairs comprises a master bedroom also enjoys a queen-size bed, night-stands with lamps, dresser with TV and DVD, and private bathroom with vanity basin, tub shower, hair dryer and toilet. There are two further bedrooms that are perfect sleep-stations for the kids in the party, with 2 twin beds in each, a night-stand and dresser, TV and DVD player, plus a shared family bathroom adjacent to both. For extra flexibility, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper if required.
The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs, including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ironing board with iron, washing machine and dryer.
Terra Verde is located just off rt 192 which is home to every restaurant, attraction, grocery and department store you can think of. Choose to eat as a family when staying at "Sunshine Inn" at one of the many nearby restaurants, or choose to eat at the breakfast bar or dining area off the family room.
