Vacation Rental Description
Townhome with full use of Regal Palms resort facilities including a 2.5 acre tropical swimming pool complex with waterslide, lazy river, 2 heated pools, hot spa and extensive sun decks. The clubhouse features a restaurant and bar with large screen TV's and a games room. Adjacent to the clubhouse is a fitness centre with a sauna and a beauty salon. Regal Palms is adjacent to Highlands Reserve with its 18 hole par 72 golf course. Supermarkets and amenities adjacent to resort. Our fully air-conditioned townhouse has 4 double bedrooms, consisting of a master bedroom on the 1st floor with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, balcony, cable TV and safe. 
The second master bedroom is on the ground floor with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, large fitted wardrobe and cable TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the first floor and are twin-bedded, each with fitted wardrobes and a shared bathroom. All bathrooms have showers. There is a downstairs cloakroom off the entrance hall with a toilet and wash hand basin. The kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances, with a serving bar to the dining area. The lounge has two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. There is cable TV, telephone and a patio. 
A washing machine and tumble drier are located on the first floor landing in the laundry closet, with an iron and ironing board. All bedding and towels are provided. Outside to the front of the house is a parking bay for two cars.

    Prices are for the property per week in GBP sterling. A non-refundable deposit of 20% on booking with balance 10 weeks prior to departure. There is a $10 per night per house resort fee payable at reception on arrival. £350-£500 depending on season per week. Bookings for 3 weeks, 50% discount for 3rd week. A $250 security imprint of your credit card is required on check-in to cover any potential damages. This will only be charged if damage occurs. A minimum booking of 7 days required.
