We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date. 5. A security deposit of $200.00 will be requested 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be refunded 15 days following departure, provided the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, is placed in dumpster, and dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. d. All keys are left in the lockbox and unit is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. 6. Payments can be made by wire, cash, paypal or credit cards.

Beware of those places offering cheaper rates as many places are not kept up due to high foreclosure rates. This villa and complex are kept pristine.
The place is only 5 miles from Disney entrance, 8 miles from Sea World, 13 miles from Universal Studios, less than 1 mile to SuperWalmart, and only 1 block from Super Target. All kinds of restaurants and amenities nearby (even within walking distance).
