Vacation Rental Description
Our Florida home completed in 2008, is built over two floors comprises of;  
 
Ground floor features a formal living and dining area to the front of the house, with three piece leather suite and dining table with six chairs. To the back of the house is the family living and dining area with an open kitchen. This family area has a 3 piece leather suite, a 42" cable TV with dvd and PS2, an iPod docking staion and cd player. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, twin sinks with waste disposal unit, food mixer, filter coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Off this area are the downstairs cloakroom, access to the pool and the master suite. This contains a king size bed, cable TV, ensuite with his and her sinks, corner bath, walk-in shower and separate wc. From the family room the stairs lead to three further bedrooms upstairs.  
 
The second master has a king size bed, TV, an ensuite with wc, sink and bath with shower over. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds with TVs (one with dvd player. These rooms share the third bathroom with a wc, sink and bath with shower over. All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and chest of drawers.  
 
The utility room on the ground floor has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and door to the garage containing a foosball table and a pool and air hockey table. The house has free WiFi access and air conditioning throughout.  
 
Our south facing 26' x 14' private screened swimming pool with patio area, overlooking conservation land. There is a pool alarm for child safety.

    Cancellation of your booking more than 8 weeks prior your start date will result in loss of your 20% deposit and less than 8 weeks will result in loss of your the total cost. Check In and Check Out Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am on day of departure. To avoid a £50 / $100 fine for late check out / non return / loss of key charge please abide by these times and return the key as agreed. Please note, earlier check in and later check out may be negotiated subject to availability. Security Deposit A security deposit of $250 or £125 is required for any booking and we will accept a personal cheque, made payable to Shane Sibley. This must be supplied along with final payment 8 weeks prior to departure. This deposit is kept until after your departure at which time the property manager will inspect the villa for damages or the need for excess cleaning.
