If location is important to you and your family this immaculate villa is located in Oak Island Cove which is one of the closest communities to Disney, just 4 miles and it is convenient to all other attractions, shopping and restaurants.  
 
This villa offers all the comforts of home. Imagine being able to relax in your very own private pool at the end of the day. The games rooms provided kids many hours of enjoyment during your stay. The games room offers Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Foosball and Mini Basketball. 
 
With all of the amenities that are included in this villa, there will be days where you and your family will want to spend here to just relax and have fun. The villa features 2 Master Suites with King size beds, Cable TV, walk-in closets and full bath. Two additional bedrooms feature 2 twin beds each with Cable TV and closet. One of which is Disney themed and we like to call it Tigger's Den. The kids will love it! The Family room features a sleeper sofa, Cable TV, VCR, CD player and a splendid view of the private pool and patio. The fully equipped Kitchen provides everything for the chef in your family. It features table seating for 6 plus the addition of a 3 bar stool breakfast bar and all upgraded major appliances. The Laundry room is just off of the Kitchen and provides a full size Washer and Dryer as well as an ironing board.

    • The villa is located in Oak Island Cove which is just one mile from the US 192 which is packed with its numerous shops, restaurants and attractions. It is also one off the closest communities to Disney. Disney is just 5 minutes. Seaworld, Discovery Cove & Aquatica are just 15 minutes and Universal is 20 minutes drive.

    Rates vary per month. Credit cards accepted a 3% credit card fee applies. A $250.00 security deposit is required at time off booking. Optional pool heat is $25.00 per day and all rates are plus 13% state & local taxes.
