This spacious and luxurious house is ideal for family holidays as it is situated on the fabulous 4 star Regal Oaks resort in the popular Old Town Kissimmee just 3 miles from Disney.It provides self catering accommodation for any holiday renter, business group or longer staying guests.The accommodation consists of 4 large bedrooms, a large fully furnished living/dining area and a well equiped modern kitchen.There are 3 full bathrooms with shower and an additional 1/2 bathroom on the street level ground floor.Room 1 is on the street level ground floor, has en-suit bath and shower and king size bed.It has disabled access and also suitable for older guests.The master bedroom is on the first floor, has modern furniture, king size bed, an ensuit bath and shower and access to a balcony overlooking the garden .There are 2 other rooms on the first floor with 2 single beds each, and there is a family bathroom with shower.There are HD TVs in the living and master bedrooms.There is also cable TV,DVD,There internet access, laudry with washer and dryer, and a safe. There is a communal Swimming pool with the Lazy river design and also a pool slide.There is car parking for at least 2 cars and further car paking spaces on the resort.

    Prices are per property and not per person.Prices include all taxes and cleaning costs.Rental periods of less than 7 nights will incure an additional cleaning cost of £50($80). A non- refundable deposit of £150($200) is payable at the time of booking and the balance due payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Your credit card should be produced at the arrival desk and it will be swiped as security deposit against the property.Charges will only be made in the event of damages or breakages during your stay. Your card details will be destroyed following satisfactory inspection with no damages or breakages.Cancellation 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in loss of 50% of total rental cost and cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in loss of 100% of total rental cost.Payment methods include bank trasfer, credit cards and PayPal
