You will feel pampered! Washer and dryer in the condo, with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen finishes. The view from our balcony is spectacular as it looks over a secluded woods giving you quiet and privacy.

There are 5 beds including the queen sofa sleeper, therefore sleeping 10 comfortably with no one on the floor!! Also, the beach is only 45 minutes away with Disney, golf, Universal, Sea World and the Outlet Malls within a 10-30 minute drive.

The condo comes fully equipped with all cooking and food storage needs, coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle, the list goes on and on. Also, there is a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. in the condo. PLUS 4 Large FLAT SCREEN HDTVs in each of the three bedrooms and the living room, DVD players in each bedroom and the living room (can also be used as CD players), alarm clock radios in each bedroom, beautiful art throughout - and plenty of relaxation time just waiting for you!

Reunion is far enough outside of Orlando that we didn’t feel like we were in the middle of the city, yet it took us only 15 minutes to get to Downtown Disney and just a few minutes more for Universal. All bed linens, towels, dishes, cooking utensils are provided free of charge--nothing to bring, we have it for you. Our second floor, outside unit is accessible by stairs or elevator. It is a short walk to various pools and the Reunion Grande hotel. Shopping and restaurants are one mile east or west of the Reunion entrance and will provide you with whatever needs you may require. Thre is easy access on and off of I-4 that takes you to Disney, Universal, Sea World, shopping, the beach and sooooo much more! Reunion offers restaurants, pools, bike paths, etc.

Regardless of how you want to spend your vacation--the excitement of Disney World and Universal, the wonderful programs at Sea World, golfing, tennis, shopping at the outlet malls, swimming in the ocean, gambling, or going deep sea fishing, cruising on a large cruise ship, or just relaxing on our private patio, you are in the center of Florida--all of this is a short drive away. You will have easy access to great 'fun in the sun' with ease of access and our hospitality ranks among the top.

A deposit of US $300 is required, if using credit card a 2% processing fee is added. A booking will be considered firm when the deposit has been received and we have confirmed the booking in writing to the guest by Fax or Email. Full payment is due 8 weeks before the date of arrival at the vacation home. The booking deposit will become the refundable security deposit, it will be returned once that month's costs have been received. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking plus $300 refundable security deposit. Guest may cancel the reservation at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment has not been received in accordance with above. Cancellations more than 8 weeks prior to check-in date - Rent will be refunded, but not deposit Within 8 weeks – Rent and deposit will not be refunded
