To reserve your vacation dates we require a $200 Deposit. This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. This deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable on day of departure, provided all provisions listed below are met. We only accept personal check/cheque(s) a minimum of 21 days before check in date for check/cheque to clear the bank (US). We will hold the villa for 5 days waiting for your deposit to arrive. This deposit is non-refundable, in the event of a cancellation or in case of any damage or breakage that is not replaced (see below). If traveling from the UK, email us for UK address if you so desire.

This property was well maintained and tastefully furnished and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is clear the owners are mindful of their guests' comfort and entertainment, the house features many extras such as a wireless broadband connection should you need it and games for the children. There was more than adequate seperation from adjoining properties, there is no intrusive noise from the community. The proximity of the house to Orlando International Airport is a big plus, the journey time being about 15 mins. For those who play golf, Remington Golf Club is well worth a visit and we found the daily charges to be very reasonable and includes food.
The booking procedure with the owners was simple and there were no hidden extras. The information they sent us was very detailed and useful.
In all this was an excellent holiday and one which we would thoroughly recommend to both groups and families alike.
We will almost certainly be going back.

what a great trip, wish we had more time to relax at the house. the villa was clean well maintained and comfortable, the kids loved the pool and games room, location of the villa was perfect and having the security of a gated community was reassuring. being ony 25 minutes from the theme parks and 5 minutes from a huge walmart store was brilliant. we were there with our daughter her husband and 3 grandkids and we all loved, every minute of our vacation. the spaciousness of the accommodation played a huge part of that thank you,
we will certainly come again and will recommend to everyone we know.

This Rental Villa is 2900 Sq Ft and Sleeps 8-10 and offers 4 contemporary decorated bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The Master suite features a king size bed, large walk-in suite shower, separate bath tub with sink, oversized walk in closet, dresser and mirror and 2 night stands, lamp, clock/radio. The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed in each along with night stand, lamp, clock/radio, and a dresser, large bathroom an walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 is furnished with 2 twin beds in each and night stands, lamp, and walk-in closets . There is also a pullout sofa sleeper in the family room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, cutlery, dinnerware, glasses, coffee maker, kettle, all cookware and utensils, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, stove/oven, built-in microwave, automatic dishwasher and sink disposal - all the conveniences of home. A separate laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. A full sized ironing board and steam iron are also provided. Each baths include a complete sets of hand and bath towels extra towels are provided free of charge. This villa is non smoking. SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED.
The main living area consists of a very comfortably decorated and furnished lounge and dining area. It features one full sofa and a second sofa, end and coffee tables. A second comfortable living room to relax and a great place to plan your day to just sit back and watch TV.
The Swimming Pool is in a screened enclosure and includes lounge chairs and dinning/seating area. There is a children's safety fence/gate for additional security around the pool. There are 2 dining areas and a breakfast bar in this villa. There is additional seating in the garage and a bar table and stools.
There are numerous amenities for you to enjoy during your stay! This villa is in the popular Remington Golf Community with restaurant and bar and the clubhouse offers the best in resort style living, heated outdoor community pool, huge sundeck with lounge chairs, a small baby pool, sauna and fitness room with weights and treadmills are at your disposal. An outside BBQ area, and lighted tennis courts, basketball court and a baseball field.
The theme parks are within easy reach, Disney 25 minutes, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure as well as Sea World are all within 20-25 minute commute. Popular restaurants and shops, Pharmacy as well as a 24hr Wal-Mart, are all within minutes away.
Our rates are $125 per night includes Cable TV & Internet and there are no extra charge for peek season or cleaning. We do require a minimum of 3 nights stay. This is a Vacation Rental only - No Long Term Rentals.
