It overlooks a glorious large lake & impressive conservation area. It can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably with 2 Master - King size En- Suite bedrooms (one with private balcony & the other leading onto the swimming pool, with both overlooking the lake/conservation area) + 1 Queen room (overlooking the lake/conservation area) + 1 twin room (overlooking the lake/conservation area) & the other twin room to the front. TV in family room & all five bedrooms.  
 
Private Swimming Pool and Spa & dedicated Games Room with American Pool, Table Tennis & UK Darts,BBQ, Cable TV,DVD/Movie library, Alarm system, Fully Air Conditioned & Towels and Linens are provided. Strict non-smoking policy and disabled friendly and is accessable by wheelchair. Children are more than welcome in this beautiful home. Pets of any kind are strictly not allowed. The excellent & friendly management team can assist with providing any additional services. Located within the upscale gated community of Cumbrian Lakes which boasts, 5 fabulous fishing lakes, soccer pitch & kiddies play park. Two floor villa with 2700 square feet for comfort & space. 
 
Your party will experience complete privacy when sunbathing or swimming as nobody is overlooking the pool area and large tree plants are at either side of the villa for the ultimate privacy. You can sit and watch the local wildlife. With underwater lighting in pool and spa you can use all the facilities in the evening.
