Disney is only 10 minutes away & the shops and restaurants on highway192 are a mere 5 mins drive. Master suite with King size bed, bath & walkin shower, sitting area with TV/DVD. Second master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bath/shower, TV/DVD. 2 twin bedrooms with TV/DVD,shared bathroom. Utility room. Further double bedroom with ensuite bath/shower on the ground floor. Large formal lounge & dinning room. Open-plan family room with TV/DVD & PS2. Fully equipped luxury kitchen & breakfast area overlooking screened 27'south facing pool with extended decking and raised spa. Patio furniture 6 sun lounger's.The gardens are landscaped for privacy and back onto wooded conservation area-not overlooked. GAMES ROOM with 8' pool table (slate bed), air hockey,foosball. FREE BABY PACK, IPOD DOCK & WELCOME PACK.

We are around an hour away from both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts . Lots of golf courses and Kissimmee is the where the Annual BASS Fishing competions are held so you can put your boat on the drive for that period if you wish

We have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker,liquidiser, pizza tray and cutters etc. etc. The BARBEQUE is supplied free of charge. Free Internet access. Ipod Docking station for Nano and shuffle.

Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £535
High Season Price : £735 per Week
Payment options = Personal Check, Paypal, Bank transfer, Bank check
Credit/debit cards via paypal are subject to a 3.5% charge
POOL HEAT = £85/US$140

DEPOSIT = £125/US$200 per week to secure your booking.Once the booking is confirmed (normally within 7 Days) the deposit is non- refundable.Outstanding balance is due 8 Weeks prior to your arrival date.At this time an additional refundable security deposit of £200/US$350 will be payable to cover any damages/breakages . The security deposit will be refunded to the client no later that 30 days after vacating the property subject to no damages/breakages being reported
POOL HEAT = £85/US$140
In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of the total rental charge.
4-6 weeks prior to departure - 75% of total rental charge.
