1> Booking Deposit: The booking deposite of $200/wk or $30/day is due with signed rental agreement, if book more than 60 days in advance. The premises shall be reserved under renter’s name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. Booking desposit is non-refundable. 2>Security Deposit: The security deposit shall be the sum of US$200.00. It is due the same time as the remaining balance of full rental payment. 7-10 days after checkout date, the deposit shall be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned. Security deposit will be refunded to renter in the case of cancellation. 3>Payment Methods: Direct Deposit, Wiring, Cashier’s check, Money Order, personal check, Payment funded by PayPal Balance, PayPal eCheckare accepted. Credit card are accepted via PayPal for certain conditions.
