Deposits required are £200.00 per week booked. Long term guests (i month or more) are asked to pay 50% of the rental charge. All bookings are confirmed when cleared funds are received and all lead contact booking details are given.

8 weeks from due departure, the deposit paid is charged as a cancellation fee.
Between 6 and 8 weeks from due departure, 50% of the total rental costs-cancellation fee.
Between 4 and 6 weeks from due departure, 75% of the total rental costs-cancellation fee.
Less than 4 or 4 weeks from due departure, 100% of the total rental costs-cancellation fee.
Funds can be paid by cheque/international transfer to our U.K. Company Account or our U.S. Management Company.
Paypal payments incur a 4% charge f the total cost for the administration charges that Paypal charge us.

This really was a nice villa. The booking process was so easy and I appreciated that every detail was covered. Even when the day before we were due to go and I decided I wanted a welcome pack and a high chair, nothing was too much trouble and everything was in place when we arrived. We had a fantastic holiday thank you! Your're villa was lovely and the whole family enjoyed staying in it! Thank you for heating the pool for us!......the boys were in it everyday!!! It was difficult to get them out on some occasions!!!! We have been to Florida on many occasions and your home is one of the nicest we have rented. We all had a great time and I am sure we will go back again in the not too distant future ( I hope!) and will definitely consider it again!!

Just wanted to let you know that we truly enjoyed our stay at your villa. What a fantastic floorplan! The villa was everything the information said it would be and more. In this day and age of Internet deception, that was very refreshing. The drive into the community is spectacular! And the guards at the gate take their jobs very seriously, which we certainly appreciated. We didn't realize just how convenient the villa would be to the interstate, Disney, shopping and a grocery store. The property management did a very good job making sure the house was cleaned and ready for our stay. Your villa was an excellent home away from home. We are recommending it to everyone we know and we look forward to booking it again whenever we travel to the area.

Stunning Detached 4 Bed Villa with Private Pool on Championship Golf Resort-Near Disney
Our lovely Detached four bedroom, air conditioned villa with a Private Pool has been carefully chosen by us to offer superb accommodation at reasonable prices. It is larger than most holiday rentals (Around 2500 sqft) and resides on a Championsip Golf Course Community with good facilities. Ridgewood Lakes itself is a 24 hour gated community with stunning scenery and lovely woodland walks.

Disney is around a 10 minute drive away and the other major attractions, restaurants and shopping malls are not much further. There are also local Bars, Restaurants and Supermarkets if you prefer so the choice is yours!
The house can sleep up to Ten People and is fully equipped as you would expect. There is a Master En-Suite downstairs that open up onto the pool area, another double bedroom and two single rooms each with two single beds. Downstairs there is a comfortable double sofa bed if required and an additional guest cloakroom.
Upstairs there is a great Children's Den Area with TV, Play Station, Books and Games...a great place to have fun and unwind. Naturally there are cable tv's in abundance throughout the house, a fully equipped kitchen and lots of space.
Our Private, Heated Swimming Pool* overlooks the small lake and conservation area and has a lovely sunbathing area with table, chairs and sunloungers. You even get small wildlife flying onto the lake and the vista really is lovely.
Our highly Professional Management Company run by an English couple, David and Michele, are close by and on hand to help with attraction tickets, advice or any oher issues. We are a well established UK Company that have been operating villa renatals in Florida for over 6 years.
