WE ALSO ACCEPT PAYMENT IN UK Sterling - £450/£495 per week
A $150 (£100) non refundable deposit, per week booked, is required with your booking. The booking will be held for a maximum of 7 days if deposit sent by cheque to allow cheque clearance.
The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before holiday start date together with a cheque for $400 (£250) as security deposit which will be returned 14 days after the end of your holiday once the management company has inspected the villa.
There is an additional $90/£60 cleaning charge due if you stay is 7 days or less, due with the balance
If you require pool heat (this may be required Oct - May) the cost is $24/£15 per day, due with the balance please.
state taxes are included within the rental charge.
We also accept credit cards but a 4% charge is added to total to cover the charges from the credit card companies.

What a lovely villa to arrive at after a long day travelling and the pool was welcoming too. Great location for everything, we even went exploring to areas new. The welcome pack gave us everything we needed to start our week's stay. For the peace and quiet alone, we'll definitely be back again. Thank you!

A very well presented and extremely well equipped villa. The pool was very well appreciated by all. The children improved their swimming skills and were in it at every opportunity. The villa is in a great location and we found that the Target supermarket, which was very close, a bonus in finding essential supplies. The washing facilities were good to have. The parks were in easy reach and not difficult to find. Overall a great place, great location, which meant that we, as a family had a great holiday, which meant a lot to me as we were here to celebrate 40 years of marriage with our family, many thanks!

John aged 12, The villa has been lovely to stay in. I especially like the games room in the garage. It was nice how each room had a theme to it. The pool also added to the great villa as we swam in it almost every day
Fraser, aged 9, The villa has been great, there has been loads of room and space. I like how every theme there was in every room. For an example, the boys room was Toy Story and had Buzz beds. The pool room was brilliant and me and my brother played ice hockey a lot. The shops are near by, Disney and Universal. I loved the pool, we played volleyball and catch. You have to go in the pool!

Fabulous and exclusive 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom pool home with brand new games room
My sister and I recently purchased our villa and have totally refurbished it. Our home now has brand new memory foam mattresses, new bedding, new bathroom and pool towels, new kitchen equipment and a beautiful new games room consisting of 7' pool table, 6' air hockey, table football and playstation 2 with games.
We are new to renting out our home and although we have put a lot of hard work into making it as beautiful as possible, we also have a management company locally who looks after everything to do with the property, whilst we are in the UK so that all guests are cared for when using our home. Their number is in the villa should you need anything from them.
We have spent nearly 20 years visiting Florida, with our independant families and decided now was the time to invest in something for our children and future grandchildren's enjoyment.
Location: We are one mile from the Interstate 4 - the main road that leads you to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, Legoland, Space Kennedy, Orlando, Cocoa Beach, Tampa and more. And don't forget - Southern Dunes, one of the best golf courses in Florida! Chill and enjoy the villa or visit every park or attraction, play golf on one of the many fabulous golf courses nearby and then venture to the 192 for an evening dinner show - whatever you want you will be in easy reach of it
As we are in the renting business, we would prefer to have our home occupied and enjoyed, rather than sit lonely and quiet. Therefore please contact us if you like our home, but it is outside of your budget, we may be able to accommodate you. And if you enjoy it so much you wish to return we offer discounts on our usual prices stated on the website. Please take a look at our home and ask us anything that you may want to know about it.
