Vacation Rental Description
This fully air conditioned villa is situated on Sandy Ridge, a new community, on the SR532, close to Walt Disney World. It is on a large corner plot with woodland views to the side and rear, for extra privacy. 
 
The villa is ideally located being on a quiet development surrounded by conservation land but within a short distance of all the Theme Parks and other amenities. 
There are two master bedrooms (one king sized, one queen sized) both with en-suite bath/shower rooms making our villa ideal for two families. One of these has a bathroom with a separate toilet with a door to the pool area, doubling as a pool bathroom. There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds and if necessary there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the villa to sleep 10. 
 
The family room has colour TV and DVD, with further TVs in all the bedrooms. All the TVs are connected to the cable system providing over 70 different channels. There are also a small selection of DVDs to watch, and a selection of board games for when you run out of TV channels or DVDs. 
 
There is wireless broadband internet access if you want to bring your laptop. 
 
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker. So if you decide to eat in you should have everything you’ll need. 
 
In the separate utility room there is a washer and a tumble dryer and ironing facilities. 
Our luxury villa has a large pool 30’ by 15’ with spa . There is an extended deck area giving lots of space to enjoy the sun.

Cancellations made before the balance is paid will loose their deposit only. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or paypal Pool heat is optional and charged at £85 per week. Bookings for less than 7 days may incur a cleaning charge
