Vacation Rental Description
This 5 bed villa with private screened pool and Jacuzzi is situated in the lovely conservation community of Marbella at Davenport. It is in a peaceful location set in a wooded conservation area, and has the advantage of being located just off US Highway 27, and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. Disney is only a 10-minute drive away and 30 mins to Universal. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enables you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. Our new 5 bedroom 3.5 bath house sleeps 10 people. With it's own pool and Jacuzzi, it will certainly offer you the luxury and all the creature comforts of home. The cost of staying in a house is often less than you think and can work out cheaper than staying in a hotel, but at the same time offer you the space, luxury and freedom to relax and enjoy your holiday!.
The location is perfect, Marbella is situated on North Boulevard West which is a quiet Orange grove road, just off HW27, close enough to all the attractions, yet it offers you the peace and quite which you will cherish especially after a busy day at the theme parks. Access is very easy you simply take junction 59 on the I4 onto the HW27.
It is approx 5 minutes from Champions Gate Golfing resort, designed by Greg Norman or in the opposite direction you can easily access Southern Dunes golf resort which is also about 5 minutes. This central location makes access to all the theme parks quick, easy and ideal. In fact as the I4 is only a stone's throw away it's situation is perfect.
After a hard day playing golf, shopping or simply having fun at the theme parks, why not relax, have a snack and soak up some of the Florida sun on the patio or go for a swim and relax by the pool.
Facilities
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the sitting room and master bedroom. All crockery, cutlery, towels, linens and hairdryers are provided along with a fully equipped laundry area. The kitchen is open plan and and fitted out with all you need including electric cooker, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. In fact, everything you need is provided, enough to cater for 10 people. The family room has a leather sofa, remote control cable television with premiership football, HBO, wireless internet, DVD player, stereo, Playstation 2, and books and board games. The pool area has a sun deck complete with patio furniture. There is also a Games Room is with an 8’ slate pool table, a air-hockey table, and a electronic Darts Board. The home has 5 bedrooms, two masters with ensuite, a full size bedroom and two smaller ones.
Activities
If you don’t fancy staying in or catering for yourself you can eat out at one of the many local restaurants or even have it delivered.

The location is perfect for the Theme parks. Disney is only 10 mins drive with Universal about 30 mins and Seaworld 20 mins. After a long day on your feet walking the parks you can relax by the pool in the sun.

A reservation deposit of £50 is required with the completed booking form. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the check in. We accept Sterling Cheque as method of payment. Payments by Credit card can be made through Paypal, a 2% charge is made by the Credit Card Company if this method is used. In addition a refundable security deposit of $200 is to be deposited with our local management company within 48 hours of arrival. After inspection upon departure that all is in order this deposit will be returned. Cancellation Policy: If written notice is received more than 30 days prior to the check in, any pre-payment will be refunded in full. If less than 30 days 50% of the payment will be refunded, if less than 7 days no money will be refunded. No refund on early departures.
