Extra Large pool and fantastic spa (with pool heater). Completely fenced for extra privacy. Beautiful gardens all around. pool heating racomended from October to May. 
 
Coast/Beach 
Approx 60 mins driving distance to the Atlantic coast - and the gulf of Mexico. 
 
Golf 
Minutes away from lots of golf courses: 5 mins to Orange Lake Golf and Country Club. 10 mins to Champions Gate Golf Club. 12 mins to Celebration Golf club. 
15 mins to Southern Dunes Golf Club. There are also many other golf courses to choose from within a short distance of Primrose Villa, including those within Walt Disney World and Orlando.
