Our home is a fully airconditioned 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed top floor condo. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished and really is a home away from home.  
 
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom along with cable tv and dvd player, ceiling fan and walk in closet; a queen size bed in the second bedroom along with cable tv and dvd player, ceiling fan and walk in closet; the third bedroom has two twin beds again with cable tv and dvd player, ceiling fan and walk in closet. There is an en-suite attached to the master bedroom aswell as another bathroom which servicces bedrooms 2 and 3. Both bathrooms have a bath, shower and hairdryer. We have a full size crib (with bedding) and a high chair - should there be a requirement for one (at no extra charge). There is a further cable tv with dvd/vcr in the lounge along with a stereo and game cube. We have a selection of books, dvds and game cube games for you to use, should you so wish. 
 
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything that you may need on your holiday away from home - including cooking utensiles, crochery, cutlery, stove, microwave oven, refridgerator with ice maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. 
 
We have a small lanai attached to our home accessed from the lounge, should you wish to just sit and enjoy the evening. 
 
Windsor Palms, as mentioned previously, is approximately 3.5 miles away from Disney and is located 2 miles off the US192 - making it convenient for many locations. We are close enough to shops and restuarants but far enough away for peace and quiet. There is a Winn Dixie and Publix supermarket about 2 miles from Windsor Palms, along with a 24hour walgreens, and various restuarants.

Windsor Palms is located 3.5 miles from Disney and is an excellent 24 hour manned gated community. The resort facilities include a large swimming pool, childrens splash pool, hot tub, gymnasium, tennis courts, sand volley ball court, sundry shop, BBQ area, games room and a 55 seat movie theater - where you chose the films. Our home is tastefully decorated to suit all expectations and also has cable tv with dvd player in each room along with ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have a bath, shower and hairdryer. All linens are provided along with towels - free of charge. We also have a full size crib (with bedding) and a high chair, should you require the use of one.

				Low Season Price:	$555 per Week
				High Season Price:	$750 per Week

On booking, a 20% deposit is required with the remainding balance due to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Along with the balance, there is also a $200 refundable security deposit required, but this is returned to you a day or so after your departure - subject to no damage being caused. Our full terms and conditions are available on request. Payment methods accepted are bankers draft, cheque and paypal.
