Cancellation will incur the following charges: 1. 12 weeks or more prior to your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus $100 processing fee. 2. Between 4-8 weeks prior to the arrival date: 50% of rental amount is returned to you. 3. Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: 100% of rental amount is kept by Condos at OCCC. If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund. No refunds for early departure plus cleaning fee and taxes
