    Prices quoted are per apartment and include all local taxes, bedding and towels and electricity. The minimum stay is 3 nights at the rates quotes. If your requirement spans more than one band then a prorated rate should be used. Visit our website for our £ Sterling rates. We have a one person rate for any time in January 2009 at $299 per week. Full payment is required at the time of booking and no refund will be offered. The guest will be responsible for payment of electricity used, end of stay clean and all taxes. No further discounts are available.
