The Location
Hightrees is located within the exquisite Terrace Ridge, an exclusive gated community set in the Florida countryside adjacent to lakes and forest. This small friendly community is only minutes from all the theme parks and attractions of the region, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Championship golf courses are only a stone’s throw away. Being just 2 miles from the I-4 makes travel to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts possible within an hour.
Condo or Villa?
The advantages of staying in a community like Terrace Ridge instead of a private villa are that you get a proper sized pool and deck area, and you can make the most of the shared facilities. You can meet other guests and make new friends, swap holiday experiences and share tips. The kids have a lot more outdoor space to run around in safety and will love playing with the other guests.
Condo or Hotel Room?
It’s also better than a hotel because you have a fully featured private home to relax in when you want to. And if you want a lazy start one day, there’s no need to get up & out in time for the maid.
