Condo 3502 is located on the first floor of building #3. Most rentals at Bahama Bay are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with steps to climb and no view. The 3502 condo has no steps, just walk right in after parking. Unique to our building is a lush, beautifully landscaped back yard with a pool you can see from the living room and master bedroom screened in porches.

It is close to the main clubhouse, a quick walk to the sand “beach”, Lake Davenport, the main pool, restaurants and the fishing pier.

Bahama Bay Resort is less than 5 years old so everything is like new. It is where Florida comfort meets Caribbean Style. It’s where palm trees, white sands and shimmering waters are just minutes away from theme parks, shopping malls and 18 hole golf courses.

Located just 10 min from Disney on the edge of Lake Davenport. The resort is laid back, and the elegant design echoes the colonial architecture of The Bahamas. Our 24 hr reception desk and gated security personnel are always available to make your stay as nice and safe as you would expect from such a pristine resort.

Take exit to US-27 and head south. After approximately two miles, watch for Florence Villa Grove Road and turn left. Turn left on Gran Bahama Bay Boulevard through the guard gates, then left on Lucaya Loop, left to building three. Condo 502 is on the ground floor.
