Our luxury villa has been newly refurished throughout, with quality and comfort in mind, providing young and old alike the perfect base for your holiday of a lifetime. Whether you choose a lazy day enjoying a barbecue by the pool or head out and sample the many delights of Orlando, you will find our villa ideally situated to satisfy your every need. Indoors
The sunny kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker, fridge freezer and ice maker, microwave etc. A lovely dining area is set into the bay window while there is a also seperate area for more fomal dining and the lanai is an ideal spot to have a barbecue or just enjoy outdoor dining by the pool.
The open plan lounge has Cable TV, VCR, DVD CD and HiFi players, while local calls and WiFi access is free. The luxury leather sofa converts into a queen size bed should you need it.
The four bedrooms are well set out ~ leading from the lounge a master bedroom, double bedroom and two twin rooms ensure everyone has their own space. The master bedroom leads onto the lanai and pool(perfect for an early morning dip!) and the master bathroom has double wash hand basins, toilet, a corner bath and large seperate shower, leading to a spacious closet with safe.
The double bedroom is ensuite with a bath/shower and toilet, while the twin rooms share a bathroom.
Towels and bedding are provided and there are complete washing, drying and ironing facilities.
Should you have energy to spare you will find a games room with pool table, air hockey and fooz ball. For the very energetic the estate has tennis, football and basketball courts as well as two children's playgrounds (tot lots), one of which is just a coupe of minutes round the corner.
Outside
The pool is so welcoming that you will be tempted to spend all day at home! And why not? When you need a break from Orlando's hectic pace or you need a break from the afternoon heat it realy is ideal. The pool area is screened and is approx 30ft ~ stretching almost the width of the villa. Sun loungers and furniture are provided by the pool and the lanai is the perfect spot to retreat a little from the sun while still enjoying the warmth and atmosphere.
A barbecue is also there for your use, we just ask that you leave it as you'd wish to find it.
Oranges grow freely on the trees aroung the estate which you are welcome to pick. Why not enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice perfect after an early dip in our spacious pool?
You will find yourself centrally situated for all Orlando attractions and shopping malls. Only 10-15 mins from Disney, Epcot, Universal and the main parks, turn left from the Orange Tree estate and you will quickly find a doctor, a chemist/pharmacy, a very large grocery store, plus a good choice of restaurants and takeaways.
Turn right right for a quieter day of in Clermont ~ a beautiful spot for fishing or just soaking up the atmosphere of a 'real' american town. For the true experience enjoy gater tails in one of the local bars or restaurants.

We require £200 refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you within 30 days of your departure, providing there has been no damage to the property or it’s contents. To reserve the home we require a non-refundable reservation deposit of £100 per week at time of booking, which will be taken off the final amount payably. Payments can be made by cheque or credit/debit card. We are now able to take AmEx and Paypal. The outstanding balance must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. We accept Cheque,PO, Credit/Debit cards, AmEx and PayPal payments. Cancellation Policy (All amounts less £200 deposit) 30 - 60 days notice: 50% of the rental charge Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge
