Are you looking for a holiday home with facilities for all the family? Do you want something a little bit special? We have the perfect villa for you!

This beautiful sunshine villa is only 8 miles from Disney and close to all other major attractions, golf and fishing.

• Games Room with 7ft pool table, table tennis, electronic darts, air hockey table, and foosball table.
• Privacy fenced, South-Westerly facing, 30ft X 15ft pool and spa area, which enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk and backs up to orange trees; much more private than backing up to other properties. Oranges can also be picked fresh each morning, for your breakfast in the Lanai.
• Plenty of high quality pool furniture for those lazy days by the pool.
• Computer with free high-speed wireless Internet access.
• UNLIMITED FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS and National phone calls.
• 14 HBO movie channels, cable TV, VCR, DVD, Playstation2 and Stereo.
• Cable TVs - in all bedrooms.
• Crib, highchair, baby monitors, stroller, car seat.
• Playground, basketball court, soccer field and tennis courts located in Orange Tree community, just a short walk from villa. Free use of tennis rackets and two sets of golf clubs. There are over 20 public golf courses within 20 minutes of the Villa.

There are two master bedrooms, one with a KING size bed, and the other with a QUEEN. Both are ensuites and have their own bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, both with two twin beds, and a shared full bathroom. There is also a pull out queen size sofa bed in the family room.

    • Here is what our Orange Tree Villa offers: All bedrooms include TV’s. The king-size master suite includes a computer with wireless internet access and a TV/VCR. Babies/Toddlers: We have a crib, highchair, car seat and baby monitors. The pool has an easy to install safety fence. Pool/Spa/Lanai: We have Southwest facing pool with an attached spa. The lanai is covered, and a large table with chairs with an outdoor grill makes eating outside fun. There are plenty of patio furniture and pool toys. The pool, spa, and lanai are totally enclosed with screening that lets in the sun, but keeps the bugs out. We have a nice privacy fence surrounding the entire pool area. Game room: Pool table Foosball Air Hockey 2 Sets of golf clubs 2 tennis rackets Electronic darts Ping Pong table Other Amenities: Free wireless internet service, Free long distance and international calling, 36” TV with cable, PlayStation2, ADT Security System and a safe.

    Booking Terms and Conditions 1. Booking Deposit: £100/$150 per week booked. We can only hold dates for 5 days without a deposit. The full amount must be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival. If the full balance is not received at this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeited. 2. Cancellation:Cancellation must be in writing. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply: 10 weeks or more prior to rental period - loss of deposit only, less than 10 weeks-100% Rental Charge. 3. Security Deposit:A refundable security deposit of £200/$250 is added to your final balance. This is to guard against any possible damage / loss / excessive cleaning to the property that is incurred during your rental period. If damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, you will be held responsible for the remaining balance of the damage amount.
