Are you looking for a holiday home with facilities for all the family? Do you want something a little bit special? We have the perfect villa for you!  
 
This beautiful sunshine villa is only 8 miles from Disney and close to all other major attractions, golf and fishing.

All these additional extras and upgrades are supplied at no extra charge 
 
Games Room with 7ft pool table, table tennis, electronic darts, air hockey table, and foosball table. 
 
Privacy fenced, South-Westerly facing, 30ft X 15ft pool and spa area, which enjoys sunshine from early morning until dusk and backs up to orange trees; much more private than backing up to other properties. Oranges can also be picked fresh each morning, for your breakfast in the Lanai. 
 
Plenty of high quality pool furniture for those lazy days by the pool. 
 
Computer with free wireless high speed Internet access. 
 
UNLIMITED FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS and National phone calls. 
 
14 HBO movie channels, cable TV, VCR, DVD, Playstation2 and Stereo. 
 
Cable TVs - in all bedrooms.  
 
Crib, highchair, baby monitors, stroller, car seat.  
 
Playground, basketball court, soccer field and tennis courts located in Orange Tree community, just a short walk from villa. Free use of tennis rackets and two sets of golf clubs. There are over 20 public golf courses within 20 minutes of the Villa. 
 
Barbeque, Safe and ADT security system. 
 
There are two master bedrooms, one with a KING size bed, and the other with a QUEEN. Both are ensuites and have their own bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, both with two twin beds, and a shared full bathroom. There is also a pull out queen size sofa bed in the family room. 
 
The rates for this beautiful villa are for the whole Villa, which sleeps 10, not per person.

    Once you have returned your booking form and deposit (£100/$150 per week booked), the signatory on that form will be responsible for the rental payment in total. We can only hold dates for 5 days without a deposit. The full amount must be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival. If the full balance is not received at this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In these circumstances your deposit will be forfeited. Payment can be accepted in two forms- check/cheque or credit card. Credit card payments also incur a 3.5% handling charge for the rental portion of the bill, as that amount is passed onto us from the credit card companies. If you plan to use a credit card for the security deposit, no fee is charged for the £ 200.00/$250.00 deposit, as it is only a “hold” placed on your card.
