Vacation Rental Description
Silverwood Villa is a luxury, detached property situated just off HWY 27, north of HWY 192, yet only a 10/15 mins drive from Disney World Complex. If you are looking for all the excitement of the Disney Theme Parks, yet want a peaceful location in which to relax at the end of a hectic day, then our villa would be perfect. Our home is a single storey villa (so no stairs to worry about) with a private, fully screened, South West facing 30' x 15' pool which has the advantage of "Florida Glass" (opaque double screening) on the lower portions & sides for extra privacy. The pool can be heated if required & we would recommend this between November & March. There is also a 4' high fence between the pool & main building as a safety feature, which can be removed if not required. Luxury sunloungers are provided & ready for your relaxation by the pool, with a towel rail to dry your wet swimwear etc. There is a covered lanai (patio) for those who prefer some shade complete with patio table & chairs (extra chairs can be found in the garage) plus a light & ceiling fan for dining "al fresco."
We have a spacious, open plan living room with vaulted ceilings & patio doors leading to the pool area. It contains high quality furniture, comprising matching 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa + armchair, plus coffee table, reading lamps & end tables. It is carpeted throughout, apart from the kitchen area & bathrooms which are all fully tiled. All towels & bed linen are included, with an extra set in each bedroom. For our "little guests" we provide a travel cot(crib), stroller & highchair plus their own special crockery & cutlery. We also have a large cable TV, DVD player & CD system with selection of DVDs, CDs & books. The formal dining area has a large wooden table providing seating for 6 people. There is a telephone providing free phone calls, both National & International. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances & necessary cutlery & crockery to cater for up to 12 guests. The breakfast nook in the kitchen contains a table & chairs providing seating for 4, with a dishwasher & garbage disposal unit incorporated for your convenience. There is a large washer & separate dryer in the garage area with an iron & ironing board provided in the hall cupboard.
Master Bedroom 1 has a King Size Bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with large double size shower, wash basin & WC. There is a large walk-in closet with ample hanging space, which also contains a travel cot (crib) with all the necessary cot linen & a baby changing mat,
Master Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed, cable TV, closet with hanging space & en-suite bathroom with shower & WC. In addition both Master Bedrooms have free standing hairdryers.
The Double Bedroom has a double bed + large double closet a with lots of extra hanging space.
The first twin room has a "Nemo" theme, consists of 2 single beds with themed bed linen for children & an optional, alternative set of bedding for "grown-ups." This bedroom also has a large double closet with extra hanging space.
The second twin room also has 2 single beds with matching bed linen, cable TV, PS2 with games & a closet with hanging space.
The family bathroom is shared by the double & twin bedrooms & features bath(tub), shower, wash basin & WC. There is also direct access to this bathroom from the pool area which is always handy when you have children.
Games room with full size, slate bed table tennis/pool table, electronic dartboard and air hockey game.
The villa is fully air-conditioned & has ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living room area. We have a Coded Door Lock so no need to collect keys from anywhere on arrival and a friendly & reliable Management Company located just around the corner who are available for any assistance you may need during your stay.
Facilities
WiFi high speed internet access is provided (just bring your own laptop) and we offer FREE phone calls, both National and International. We have recently installed a games room within the garage area, comprising a full-size, slate-bed pool table which can also be converted for table tennis by the addition of a separate table top. An electronic dart board and air hockey game complete the facilities.
Activities
Our villa is perfectly situated for all the theme parks and other major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity. Just 2 minutes drive away are a 24hr.Wal-Mart, a post office, petrol stations, hairdresser, pharmacy, bank and dentist. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the West, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater & St. Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.

Silver Creek is one of the very few developments of rental villas that you can drive past without realising it, as it is hidden away from the traffic of Highway 27, in a peaceful location, yet only a 10/15 min drive from Disney. To find it, you take the north exit from Highway 192, onto Highway 27 and turn into the entrance of Woodridge. Travel Options
