3 Bedroom Villa in Clear Creek

This beautiful fully air conditioned three bedroom vacation villa is furnished and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal base from which to enjoy the theme parks of Central Florida, the dozens of nearby restaurants and diners, shopping at the malls, a big selection of nearby golf courses and even driving to the coast, with Cape Kennedy or the Gulf coast each within easy reach. 
The Master bedroom which overlooks the patio and pool has a King size bed and a King size shower in the en suite plus a walk in closet, security safe, cable TV and overhead fan. The ensuite also has twin wash hand basins, large well-lit mirror, hair dryer, toilet and storage closet. 
The second bedroom also overlooking the pool is a double with ample storage for clothes plus cable TV and overhead fan, whilst the third bedroom, designed mainly for children, has a double bed with single bunk bed over plus separate single bed and so can sleep up to four. This bedroom also has large storage closet for clothes, etc.. 
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the family bathroom comprising bath tub with shower, toilet, wash hand basin, well lit mirror, hair dryer. 
The large Family Room with patio doors opening onto the pool and pool deck has comfortable sofa and love seat plus two leather arm chairs with leather ottoman. For indoor entertainment there's a cable TV with video and DVD and a stereo Hifi and CD player. There's an overhead fan to assist air movement. 
The kitchen is fully equipped, including cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink unit, fridge / freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, liquidiser and all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. 
There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, 
Patio furniture includes chairs, sun loungers and ottomans and the pool and patio are fully enclosed with insect screening to keep the biting bugs at bay. 
The 30ft. by 15ft. pool is always popular with the kids, (and the adults too) and is equipped with optional pool heating. There is a charcoal barbeque available for the use of guests. 
Ample bath towels and hand towels are provided for use indoors and separate beach towels for by the pool or at the coast. 
There are two sets of bedding for each bed and there is a crib and high chair if required for the youngest family member. 
Parking is either in the double garage or on the front drive.

For a modest price our local agent will provide a starter pack for guests when they first arrive including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, cereal, etc. to save the need to shop for essentials after a day of travelling. This needs to be pre-ordered.

Disney World is just a few minutes away as are the other theme parks, (Universal, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild, etc.). See the local wild life on an Air Boat ride or see the gators in close proximity at Gatorland. 
Drive down International Drive for a vast choice of eating, drinking, snacking, and shopping at malls or off Highway 192 for similar. And of course we have our local Walmart superstore just 5 minutes from the villa for all your day to day needs.
