Resort is very family oriented has comunity room with a heated pool,jacuzzi,sun deck. BBQ area,gym,sauna room,computer room , tennis courts and a convinience store also a tennis court and board walks around decks for your pleasure

There is a security guard around 24 hours.

Our location is one of the best in Kissimmee, only 4.4 miles from all Disney Parks, about 8 miles from Sea World, Universal etc. We are very close to the best Golf Courses in the area. One block from route 192(Irlo Bronson HWY) where there are restaurants, Public transportation, Shopping and other attracions. 1 mile from OLD TOWN amusement park.

we will acept small pets up to 20 pound with an extra deposit and cleaning fee( for the next guest pleasure the apt gets sanitized and deodorized after been occupied with a pet), ask for details

*Guest have to agree in writing that if any damage to the unit (other than normal wear and tear or missing items will be charge to your credit card

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival will get deposit back minus $14.95 credit card fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival will forfit deposit nless with documented reasons
