shop 'Ebenezer’s' and 'Toscana Cafe' restaurant are only a few steps from the suite, the Security and Exchange Commission and Thurgood Marshall federal building are on one end of the block. On the other end are a small neighborhood grocery store so you can buy somethings to cook in the "Suite" or just a block away visit
Union Station with its variety of shops and restaurants its amazing architecture all of which are a tourist’s
favorites.

    • The location of the Capitol Hill "Suite" is walking distance to most of the important sites and those not within walking can be reached by Metro at Union Station. Union Station is an architectural delight and full of activities besides being the main transportation hub for rail. It has many stores for shopping and restuarants for eating as well as a movie theatre to watch Hollywood's latest releases. With all of this activity just a short distance away you will not hear any of it from the "Suite" its amazing. Close to everything (walking distance in most cases) yet just a nice quiet neighborhood for you to enjoy. While in the "Suite" you can spend your evening cooking meals, or just watching the 180+ television shows, movies and music channels available on the TV.

    • Washington DC has many historic sites like the White House or the nation's Capitol Building, but also there are many other treats. From Union Station you could take a train up to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. There is the beach at Ocean City, also in Maryland. Take the Metro at Union Station to the Zoo, night clubs, or any destination you desire. This location allow you to walk to the tourist centers like Capitol and monuments or take Metro at Union Station to other parts of city.

    The rate is $175/night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee and ($100.00 security deposit that is returned to you 3 days after your departure.) We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard (4% surcharge fee), or cashier check if made 60 days or more in advance 1/3 downpayment is necessary to reserve the "Suite". Full payment is due 30 days in advance (if paying by cashier check) or 10 days in advance (if paying by credit card) of your arrival.
