Vacation Rental Description
This three story condo is located in the Bayville Shores community overlooking the Little Assawomen Bay and just a 15min. ride to beaches in Fenwick Island and Ocean City. MD. The community has a pool, exersize room across the drive way, and nearby crabbing pier, shuffle board, badminton court, tennis and basketball courts. This is an excellent location to relax after a day at the beach or shopping in tax free Delaware. We are close to the attractions of Ocean City MD boardwalk and beach, party boat fishing, golf cources, and Assateaque Park, home of the wild ponies and wetlands. Kids (and adults)love seeing the wild life at Assateaque.
The condo is nicely furnished with two Florida Rooms and a balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the bay. The master bedroom has a soaking tub, separate shower, and a two-sink dressing area. The second floor florida room has a bar with it's own refrigerator which also overlooks the bay.
Bayville Shores is a family oriented community and a great place to bring you children to enjoy the boats on the bay, wildlife in the wetlands and the playground and pool.
