This beautiful, brand-new, luxury, end-unit townhouse is located at the award-winning community - "The Peninsula" - home to the first private Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Delaware - on the Indian River Bay waterfront and within minutes to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (one king-size bed, one queen, and two twin beds) and a large loft area (with a queen-size sleep sofa). The house and furnishings are all new and modern. There is also a porch, patio, and deck to enjoy the outdoors. The house sits on a cul-de-sac where children can safely play outside.
