There is a new plasma HD TV with cable in the living room as well as TV's in the master bedroom and second bedroom. There is also WIFI, a DVD player, two VHS players, and a stereo. 
 
The condo is located on the fifth floor of Island House and is just steps from Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach and the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room. This Premier Family Beach and Tennis Resort Community features 24 hours of security, 12 pools (2 indoor), Fitness Center (including weight room, saunas, indoor gym, indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpool) , 34 tennis courts, children's programs and more.
