Relax in a spacious and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2-bath ground level home overlooking a 7-acre lake stocked with 3 lb. largemouth bass and bluegills. Swim in the ocean on a clean private beach just a short walk or shuttle ride away. Go from the ocean right to a pool behind the dunes to rinse the saltwater off, or cool off in the shade beside a pool in the woods in one of Sea Colony's 12 pools. After a day on the beach or playing tennis, enjoy the A.C. in this spacious house with a TV in every room or stretch on our private deck. The fully equipped kitchen has a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave oven-even the washer/fryer is new.  
 
Sea Colony and Tennis Community has a fitness center to go along with all its pools. The fitness center has an indoor pool for laps, a hot tub, sauna, and a modern weight room with treadmills and exercise bikes. Check out the outdoor pool with its unique swim through baby pool. While you are taking an exercise class or working out, the Center provides many children's programs, days and nights, which include day care. Babysitting is available at your own place.  
 
Sea Colony is ranked by Tennis Magazine as one of the nation's 50 best tennis resorts, and 4th best for value. Its state of the art tennis courts include 34 courts, and 12 Har-Tru Clay and 4 indoor courts. The Tennis Center is known for its exceptional instruction under Dr. Dave Marshall and his staff. If golf if your thing, some of the closest courses to Sea Colony are Bear Trap Dunes and Bayside - a Jack Nichalus signature course.  
 
Enjoy the family-oriented, small town atmosphere of Sea Colony. Biking and walking within Sea Colony is safe and fun. Bike or drive to the Assawoman Wildlife Area to see the Observation Tower and the eagles and otters. Or watch the kids play in the fountain at Sea Colony's Marketplace while you enjoy a drink or an ice cream.

    • Many of our guests enjoy fishing on the lake for bass and bluegills. The fishing is all catch and release, so it is very easy to catch really nice fish. They must be returned to the water, but that's the fun of it - no cleaning! This area is ideally suited to bike riding. Bring your own, or rent them at the Bike Shop in the Sea Colony Marketplace. The beach is kept very clean and the closeness of the ocean to outdoor pools is really a nice feature.

    Once you have selected dates, and provided us with your mailing address, we sent you a Rental Agreement. We require a 50% deposit when you return the Rental Agreement. Once you receive the Rental Agreement you have 10 days to return it with the deposit. We accept personal checks, money orders, and cash. Cancellation policy - we return 50% of your deposit if canceled and we are able to rent to someone else for the same time period. If no on rents the house, we keep the deposit. Minimum of a 3 night stay during high season. We give preference to full week rentals. Ask about pricing for weekends.
